Description

This personalized tour is the closest you can get to travelling in your own car with the advantage of obtaining an intimate knowledge of Scotland. Travelling in a small group means we can make more stops and visit the places that others do not as well as receiving personalized attention from our expert guide at all times which makes for an unforgettable experience.

Travel Plan

Day 1 EINBURGH

At the indicated time we will be waiting at the airport to proceed with the transfer to the hotel.

Day 2 EDINBURGH- ST. ANDREWS- ABERDEEN

Breakfast. Visit to the scenic city of Edinburgh. We then visit the mythical Edinburgh Castle the most visited attraction in Scotland.. We then head to St Andrews where we will have free time to visit this city until the indicated time. Departure for Aberdeen and arrival at our hotel.

Day 3: ABERDEEN-ORKNEY

Breakfast. Free time to visit the city of Aberdeen until the indicated time, continue on the port of Aberdeen where we will take the ferry to arrive to the Orkney Islands. Arrival and accommodation.

Day 4: ORKNEY

Breakfast. Departure for Skara Brae .We then head on to Orkney Brewery/Beer where we will learn about beer production in the area and have a tasting session. We then head onto the famous Yesnaby Cliff, one of the most beautiful Scottish cliffs. We then visit the Iron Age settlement Boch of Gurness. Lunch and a visit to the famous Highland Park distillery for a whiskey tasting. Free afternoon and head to accommodation.

Day 5 : ORKNEY-ABERDEEN

Breakfast. Visit to the Stones of Stenness,.We then head to the town of Kirkwall and have free time before enjoying a meal at a local restaurant and then heading to the ferry to take us to the city of Aberdeen. Night aboard the ferry.

Day 6: ABERDEEN-EDINBURGH

Breakfast and departure for Castle Fraser, We then head to Stonehaven to visit the magnificent ruins of the castle of Dunnottar. We then head for Edinburgh. Afternoon free before arrival at accommodation

Day 7: EDINBURGH

Breakfast. Visit “The Scotch Whisky Experience”. We then enjoy the sample of different foods and drinks at exclusive restaurants, bars and shops in the heart of the city of Edinburgh with The Eat Walk Edinburgh” tour a delicious way to get to know the city. Return to accommodation.

Day 8: EDINBURGH

Breakfast. Free time until our transfer to the airport. End of our services.
